Kearra Tapley is the CEO and President of VAKWealth LLC, a credit and business consulting company rooted in real experience and real transformation.

Her journey didn’t begin in a classroom  it began with a financial crisis. In her early 20s, Kearra was involved in a car accident. She drained her savings and maxed out her credit cards just trying to recover.

“I didn’t know how to bounce back. I ignored the balances, stopped paying things off, and eventually faced repossession and unpaid credit card debt.”

At her lowest point, a mentor challenged her not to just fix her credit but to learn it, master it, and teach it. That moment sparked the vision for VAKWealth.

Since launching the company in 2023, Kearra has helped over 50 individuals rebuild their credit, recover from financial setbacks, and secure over $20,000 in personal and business funding. Her belief is simple:

“When you’ve lived through it, you’re called to lead others through it too.”

Now, as she continues to grow, Kearra is actively pursuing her financial advisor license expanding her knowledge and skills to help families protect and grow their income through insurance, investing, and long-term wealth strategies.

She’s on a mission to turn financial setbacks into comebacks one credit report, one funding opportunity, and one financial win at a time.
